Yep, built fine. So the only issue I see before a 2.4 release on Windows
is the missing headers in the generated project files for the core projects.
I can't see why your added IF(APPLE) and ADD_LIBRARY_HEADERS in the
ADD_LIBRARY section wouldn't work as LIB_PUBLIC_HEADERS did before, but
apparently it doesn't.
