You have many good points. I've seen this topic come up many times in my nearly three decades of using countless online discussion forums. One thing I've learned: no matter how many resources and FAQs you make available, people, by their very nature, are social, and therefore value the interaction and networking more than quickly finding an answer to an issue. -Paul
