Hi all,

I am happy to release a new version of animtk, Animtk is an animation toolkit for OpenSceneGraph. Have a look it could interest some of you. Thanks a lot to Jeremy (author of osgPango and osgWidget) who contribe often on this project.

The 0.0.9 release drastically simplifies usage for users familiar with OpenSceneGraph <http://www.openscenegraph.org> by consolidating all of the existing code into a single, standalone NodeKit. Furthermore, all AnimTK-specific data is stored alongside traditional OSG data within a standard OpenSceneGraph <http://www.openscenegraph.org>file (.osg), although support for writing to IVE is not yet complete. The exporter has also been significantly overhauled to fully support this integration of AnimTK and OSG, and is sophisticated enough to replace the old Blender <http://blender.org> osgexport24.py script, with which many users (particularly Linux users) are accustomed.

With time, the Animtk developers are confident that it will morph into a very strong, native OpenSceneGraph <http://www.openscenegraph.org> Animation Toolkit, filling a space that has long existed in OSG.

      List of improvements:

  * new osg Blender <http://blender.org> exporter (export animation,
    light, mesh, rigmesh, empty, animation)
  * new EaseMotion <http://www.robertpenner.com/easing/easing_demo.html>
