I've just checked this morning this file:
http://www.openscenegraph.org/downloads/stable_releases/OpenSceneGraph-2.8/binaries/Windows/VisualStudio9/openscenegraph-all-2.8.0-win32-x86-vc90sp1-Debug.tar.gz
Using tar on my Linux Debian gave me some errors...

I've just tried again and have not any error now !
Everything's fine.
