I am using svn/trunk. Ok, I found it, it calls "TraversalOrderBin", not "SceneGraphOrderRenderBin", hence was not able to see it quickly.
Perfect, setting up the sort mode of the renderbin to "TRAVERSAL_ORDER" helps to solve my problem.
