Of course I've read it (Wikipedia is always the first place where I look)
but it didn't help. The article focuses on higher-level issues like that of
having a package management system or a central authority for distributing
and installing shared libraries. At a lower level, creation of DLL and
import libraries must also take versioning into account, and that's the
purpose of my approach.
