I suppose it may have rather something to do with the routing
termination conditions.
There is probably some distance threshold when destination is considered
as reached,
and the most close ending to the building is considered as best.

I was evaluating my test car BRouter profile
Car-test-Template.brf
<https://raw.githubusercontent.com/poutnikl/Car-Profile/master/Car-test-Template.brf>
on the BRouter-web  http://brouter.de/brouter-web/
For the mentioned Chinese Evangelical Church.
Target
<http://brouter.de/brouter-web/#zoom=16&lat=32.78985&lon=-117.16482&layer=OpenStreetMap&lonlats=-117.168932,32.797502%7C-117.160791,32.790898&nogos=&alternativeidx=0&format=geojson>

The route ending point very depends on the exact point of the buiding
tha is taken as destination.
