Hello everybody, I'm using Osmand+ for navigation on my motorbike.
I create my tracks with Google MyMaps and export them to kml-files. Afterwards I use the GPSies Converter to convert the kml-files to gpx-track files (--> http://www.gpsies.com/convert.do). Navigating along the track works fine, but I noticed two issues: - I often get announcements in regular curves that there's a turn, but it's just a regular curve. Would be great to only get announcements when I really have to turn. - When a road is closed for example in case of cunstruction, so that I have to drive on different roads which differ from the GPX-Track, Osmand only shows an linear air-line back to the track instead of calculating an alternativ way along the roads. I often need to stop and check the map to find a way back, that's really annoying. Are there any settings or a workaround to solve these problems?
