i made some tests using 3 apps into the same device. 1. osmand+ v3.6.3 one route of 936km. first with tolls ON, the time results are >10secs. After i choose tolls OFF, the time results are >100secs. I repeat tolls ON-OFF some times, with the same time results.
2. Here WeGO v2.0.14125 same test, time results 6-9 secs 3. mireo Genius Maps v2.6.5.4 same test, time results 1-2 secs conclusions (personal) osmand appears into playstore 21/4/2011. All these years, there are no changes to route algorithm (time results), there is no 3D navigation. That's why i believe, apps like Sygic they are advertising in their own web site "more than 200 millions *drivers*", and not costumers/users. I believe osmand company has target group to costumers with small distance of traveling so the time for route algorithm is no problem. That's philosophy is only for pedestrians with 1-5km into the city or 5-20km into the mountain or 10-30km for bicycles. Car drivers likes 3D navigation, 3D buildings and instantly time results from route algorithm.
