I realize this is preference, but as someone who knows how to read maps, I very strongly dislike 3D view. I want to see a plan view, with angles preserved and scale preserved. I know that it does not match visually what I see out the window, but I am able to know relative distances in complex intersections, and to know the turn angles. I don't care if 3D is an option. It is really appalling when it is the only way, and getting a plan view (always) is not possible; this seems to be the case with Apple Maps on iOS. I hope this problem does not come to osmand. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "OsmAnd" group.
