IMO using some kind of wiki will be awesome for documentation, since the project is growing/changing A LOT.

Forums are nice to discuss new features/improvements, i hate e-mails with the same content using some forum we can get rid of this annoying stuff. Depending on which forum we choose, we will be able to upload codes of new features / logs of problems ,etc.  On the other hand a bugzilla is much more professional but kinda "locked", we can't insert/remove features as in forum (at least not so easy).
Well i cant spent all day telling features of the SMF forum (me and scorpion use it at underlinux.com.br with +20k users +250k posts) Its very fast, flexible and secure (if you keep it updated and make some modifications on the server)

Unix is very simple, but it takes a genius to understand the simplicity.
