I mostly agree.  I think there should be a forum and perhaps an IRC
channel over at freenode.  A wiki would be the best place for
documentation and FAQ, bugzilla/ticketingsystem for wishlist and
bugtracks/patchs and a few mailinglists. Perhaps a user mailing list for
support and development list for talking about the development and
enhancements.

Just my 2 cents :)
