You seem to be arguing that timing of economic decisions is utterly
irrelevant.
In fairness to Chuck, at least it's consistent. That's *always* been
the Republican line. Cutting taxes is *always* good, regardless of
whether the economy is going well or poorly. Thinking about timing
and context and national needs and balancing interests is for wussy
Democrats.
