I guess a black guy can do better if he fits in with the white
culture, but still not as well as a white guy in white culture, and
that's Racism 2.0, or Sexism 2.0 for women who act like men but still
don't get the same rewards as men.

By the time you get to Racism 3.0.... that's pretty much just
culturalism. That's like believing that a mother or nurse or therapist
(typically women) is less valuable than a engineer or architect or
programmer (typically men).

Or believing that Muslims are the greatest civilization on Earth and
everyone should become a Muslim. Or believing that the American Way of
Life is the greatest and any Italian, Zambian, Chinaman, or Scotsman
who converts to it is also great.

Once you get past Racism 3.0, then you are more freely able to choose
what you like and dislike. You may choose to not associate with Bible
bashing rednecks. And that's not Racist or Culturalist, because it is
no longer about labeling people as inferior. Nevertheless, while you
wish them a happy life, in your heart, you still wouldn't go to one of
their parties.
