Yeah - only I notices the original poster asked about Bioness and MS. I checked the webpage, but found no info about how the thing was actually working - so if it would actually be able to use the signal from one muscle to get another working - or strengthen a weak signal to get some actual useful function going - who knows??
I seem to remember that some like equipment worked both as a training device, and as an actual prosthetic device - in some cases providing a somewhat functional grip - ie with MS and higher SCI - is this one of them? warmly susanne, denmark ---- Original Message ---- From: "L Sloan" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, August 28, 2008 3:05 AM Subject: Re: [OTlist] bioness > I totally agree...I am skeptical about attending the > modality certification courses and hope that one day this > is not considered a requirement to practice.
