I used this one: ftp://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/RPMS/suse/7.3/otrs-1.1.3-01.i386.rpm Because of the fact the system runs on SuSe Linux 7.3 ;) Maybe I have to download the tar and do it again by hand.. :(
