Thanks for response, i have made changes,stats menus is now coming, but
when i select format as graph, it gives following error message
New Tickets ]
Year
Month
Graph Size
Format
New created tickets for each queue in selected month.
error message:-
Software error:
Can't call method "png" on an undefined value at
/opt/otrs//Kernel/Modules/SystemStats.pm line 342.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([EMAIL PROTECTED]
<mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>), giving this error message and the time and
date of the error.
To add to this , how to select for diff queues, as we have no of queues
configured.

Check that your username belongs to a group that has permissions to access
to the stats module. I believe that, by default, there's a group called "stats" that has
access to the stats section... but check in your installation: enter to the admin area and
check the permissions in "Agents <-> Groups", click on "stats" and be sure to give your
user all the permissions available...
