It sounds to me that you're lacking GD support for your perl... Use the
Perl
CPAN shell to install those modules: "perl -MCPAN -e shell;" and then...
install GD
install GD::Text
install GD::Graph
install GD::Graph::lines
install GD::Text::Align
You'll need to restart Apache.
