I am sorry to repeat myself, but we are unnable to reply to our customers using
OTRS, so we are having big problems. Doesn't anyone know how to solve this?

For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), giving this
error message and the time and date of the error.
We have been using OTRS for more than 3 months now, with no problem. Today we
got this, with no aparent motive.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
