Yes, dns is working with no problems. This machine is our secondary name
server.

Don't know for certain but looking at the error message it give the hint that
the error is related to DNS. Is the server able to resolve DNS (MX & A)
queries? My first look is whether name server resolution is functioning.

this error message and the time and date of the error.
We have been using OTRS for more than 3 months now, with no problem.
Today we got this, with no aparent motive.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
