Hi, I am having exact the same problem since a couple of days.
( Modification of a read-only value attempted at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/i686-linux/Net/DNS/Question.pm line 47. ) My OTRS worked for almost 2 years without problems, seems my provider updated something on the shared webserver my domain is running on ... Too bad, my provider is not to cooperative, Any suggestions in how to solve this ?
