I have made some more tests on building all packages, but I have had lots of problem to build the kernel-module. Since Unslung 6 will be release any day I probably won't be able to build any module for Unslung 5 and the 2.4-kernel...
Fuse-lib (and fuse-module) already exists in openembedded/packages/fuse/, but I haven't been able to compile this for the 2.4-kernel. Right now it's built against the 2.6-kernel... and I have the 2.4-kernel running on my NSLU2...
