And using snmpwalk from the packetfence server, you can successfully

Is there any particular reason you're using the port-security method for
a 2960 as opposed to dot1x or mab?  I think it just needs IOS 12.2.46SE
or greater...  The port-security method works, but I've found that
mab/dot1x using RADIUS deauth works pretty flawlessly.

The Inverse folks can better identify these errors.  It sounds like
there was a missing value when you first loaded the switch in the GUI,
and the second error seems to indicate that you have the word "default"
in a place where it's expecting a number.
