Yes it was working before. Just don't know why it stopped working even I
re-installed PF.

I am totally new to PF so I just followed the config guide to setup my
device. I used to have a 3560 and it was configured with dot1x mab but
didn't work so I use the 2960 instead. The guide is using port security so
I followed. No particular reason. :)
