Hello again,

I have verified that the switch does indeed generate the "link down" SNMP
traffic - and it seems to be perfectly legit, yet the PF fails to react.

Hence my next question - if I choose to fix this myself, what is the proper
procedure for accessing, checking out, testing and then checking the code
back in?
