Not to distract from the value of the translations but I think
we have agreed once that we stop mentioning updates to
translations in the Changes file.

Maybe we can mention in the release notes if a translation is
at 100% in a certain release and we mention in the
Changes file if there is a new translation or maybe even
new translator.

Any opinion on this?
