I agree. As a release manager I pretty much refer to the Changes text file to see what has changed, and translations are a change. I think that Padre has an amazing number of regular contributors for translations and I don't see a reason not to allow them to put in the changes file when they update their language. Yep. It's a small reward for the effort put in. I know after reading the how to translate it's not a small task.
