I have put together the 3rd version Padre-on-Strawberry Perl or as it might be called Strawberry Perl with Cream. It has Padre and lots of other modules added and it has an installer exe. http://szabgab.com/blog/2011/05/strawberry-perl-with-cream-5-12-3-v3-released.html If you have a windows machine please check it out and let me know of any issue you might encounter.
