Is it possible at the same time to explain what the result of an installation is? "Padre on Strawberry" is it Padre and Strawberry perl extended with some packages!? Is this a fast way of installing an extended Strawberry perl? Do I miss something? What happens if I already has Strawberry perl installed? Can I use them in parallel? Is the old installation overwritten? There are a portable and a “non” portable versions of Strawberry perl. (I have never understood the difference!). Which does the “Padre on Strawberry” correspond to? By being more clear I think there will be a lot more downloads!! ( What is “Padre Standalone Plus Six” intended for? Is it still fresh? Can I have this in parallel with other perl installations?) I'd suggest to remove the other two standalone packages for Windows, as they are almost/more than a year old, as well as the standalone Linux package (for the same reason) from the download page.
