After benchmarking and some followup, these weren't quite accurate for the
Palms I have in front of me.
A stock Palm III (with OS 3.0) has 3 wait states on Flash and 3 wait
states on RAM, the latter slowed slightly by LCD and refresh.
The Palm IIIx and Palm V have 1 wait state on Flash, but 2 wait states on
RAM, one from an actual WS parameter and a second because the MSW bit is
set (Slow Multiplexing - "Setting this bit causes an additional wait-state
for all core accesses..." according to the Dragonball EZ manual).
Maybe it would work fine at 1WS without this bit set. Well, we were
talking about wiping memory on a different thread...
