I can assure you that the people I interact with at Palm _do_ care about
this problem.  If it seems like we don't, perhaps it's because we have a
policy not to comment on unannounced products. (...and at this time we
don't have any announcements to make.)

If someone who works here has said that we don't care about this, I'd
appreciate it if you'd let me know who it is, otherwise I can't do anything
about that.

I also notice that StreakHack works very effectively to solve the problem
I'm aware of.
