It doesn't hurt to try again so...
I stared at calendar on my Palm IIIx screen without streak hack and then
reinstalled it. My first impression was that SH does nothing to improve my
screen. But after staring at the screen for a few minutes I noticed that in
the shaded regions, SH had reduced the streaks but the empty areas had no
improvement. I guess its all in the user's perception. I picked up on the
streaks in the empty part while others notice the streaks on the filled
areas. So I guess it does work, just not for me.
