The wierd format you refer to is probably what I've
heard called "MHTML" which stands for "MIME HTML"
(an acronym that incorporates other acronyms, how
nice <g>).
Since MIME is an internet standard (not Microsoft),
I don't see what the fuss would be in combining
MIME and HTML to create an easy-to-mail package
out of a set of web pages. Seems to be a rather
obvious (in hindsite) enhancement.
If the new Microsoft HTML/Help format is something
-other- than this M-HTML hybrid, then I can see
more of a reason to fuss about it.
