Design decisions aside, I've found the KVM pretty unstable. Anyone else?
Specifically, it crashed my device twice; on one of those occasions, the
KVM was crashing on receiving sysAppLaunchCmdSystemReset. I had to do a
soft reset + Up Arrow to get things running again.
