Universal human prejudices notwithstanding, all people are equal here in the United
States. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of every country in the world, and as a
result, international systems of government, distant time zones, and a plethora of
other external factors make it impossible to give everyone "the same rights
(turnaround times etc)" as everyone else.
Try not to internalize these things. It's not personal.
