In Japan. I didn't realize that this was a special setup! The Japanese
SPP site referred me to the usual US NDA -- I printed it out, sent it in,

My experience was pretty good. I think I sent in my form on a Wednesday
via regular airmail, and got an E-Mail back the next Monday or Tuesday.
Considering that international airmail AND a weekend were involved, I

different story - about a month. But what do I care, just as long as I
can get to the good stuff <g>
