You must of course be guided by your lawyers. My only suggestion would be
that you found a way to persuade them to accept faxed copies as advance
notice that the same documents are being snail-mailed.
This is particularly important for overseas (i.e. non-US) developers like me
who will have to wait even longer before we can get set up properly.
Or pehaps allowing your overseas affiliates the right to accept NDA's? (I'm
in the UK).
