I don't follow you. What action causes the 2.0 launcher to come up, if
tapping the Applications icon brings up the correct one?
One guess: the old SysAppLauncherDialog API is still in the ROM, which
pops up the obsolete launcher. Do have you have an app which might be
calling this API by mistake?
(Haven't seen that problem running 3.3 on POSE here.)
