i was using this in all my games.. but however, creating offscreen
windows is not a good thing to do when it comes to OS 3.5 :)) i got
a nice little email from palm saying i had 40+ windows :))
i guess this solution works for anything before 3.5 :) however, with
the more stricter memory management on 3.5 - we may need to consider
alternatives.. such as custom BltBlt routines or masking.. :(
