Bob,
While I'm all for making an OS designer's life easier, there may be (IMO)
valid reasons why an application designer might want to display forms that
aren't full width/bottom aligned, specifically popups that aren't just
lists. I documented such as a submission to devsupp on December 5 last year
(PTS_0008351) with a follow up to Cheri on January 7 and I'm still waiting
on a reply ... and, better still, a removal of this restriction!
