I'd have to second that. If you won't give us a semi-working version
and you won't refund everyone's money, at least give us a T-shirt or
something...
"I gave 3Com $369 and all I got was this crummy T-shirt..." or "It's a
new Paradigm - write crap and sell it for money".
They'd be instant collector's items. I'd go for something like "CW6-W:
MAC developers, what do you expect?", but the joke is probably too
'insider'...
Now, for all you MAC guys who are outraged by my comment, I've set up a
special email alias for your 'You/Windows suck!' letters. Just send
your comments to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

P.S. Back in the dark ages I personally endured MPW on the Mac. One of
my all time great moments in development was changing the MPW 'spinning
ball' to a flexing middle finger.

Subject: RE: Palm IIIc review in PC Pro magazine
This press has all of these details and so do our customers but we can't
tell them when we can release our color version because WE DON'T HAVE A
CONSTRUCTOR THAT WORKS. I understand Version 1.5d5 at least produces
color bitmaps. Maybe you can re-release that version until d10 passes
QA.
Dragonball EZ (20MHz) CPU
8Mb of RAM
2Mb ROM for the PalmOS 3.5
lithium ion rechargeable battery (10 hours life)
256-colour Sharp-made TFT screen
Dimensions: 80x15x128mm (8mm taller than the IIIx)
Weight: 185g (25g heavier than the IIIx)
In the UK, the price will probably be 318 pounds (374 pounds including
the UK's VAT (Value Added Tax at 17.5%))
So I guess that means it will be about 318 US Dollars because of the
special 1 UKP = 1 USD currency exchange rate on anything electronic :)
Overall, review really praises it, giving it "5 out of 6" for features,
and "6 out of 6" for performance, value for money, and Overall. The mag
also mentions that the IIIc cradle is incompatible with the previous
devices. It also complains that "the stylus is a poor plastic imitation
of the excellent weighted metal one provided with the IIIx".
