Actually, it was 140 shares.  As much as I'd like the opportunity to buy
a piece of Palm at the IPO price, their situation is quite different
from the Linux companies.  RHAT and LNUX are profiting directly from the
work of countless free software authors who are not profiting from that
work themselves.  Palm is different in that, while 3rd-party software
is an important aspect of the platform, Palm does not profit from it
directly, and the software authors are free to sell their own work for
profit.
