Hmmm, what did I miss? I've read the Palm OS 3.5 SDK license, and can 
find no reference to Kadak, nor to any agreement between Palm and any 
of its suppliers. How could Kadak sue me for using something that I 
find in the SDK?

This is not sarcasm. I really want to know.
