Um ... if I go to the devzone and download something claiming
to be the Palm SDK and find a function prototype in it ... a reasonable
man would assume that that function is part of the SDK. Perhaps
a part of the SDK we are warned off from with the "system use only"
notation, but a part of the SDK nonetheless.
If there are functions that we are not -legally permitted- to be using,
I would suggest that you clean them out of your distributed SDK
header files.
Seems to me the legal issue is with your distribution, not somebody
who uses something he found in an SDK obtained through official
channels...
