I wouldn't be likely to use them anyway ... but even this "more or less
official" notice is not likely to be sufficient if Kadak really wants to
pursue this legally. Basically I don't think the developer's that might
attempt to use those functions would be liable -- I think all of the
legal risk here is on Palm's shoulders for redistributing kernel
API headers that they were legally constrained (by contract with
Kadak) from distributing.
Again, check with your laywers. I am not one nor do I play one
on TV ... but if I were you I'd clean the Kadak API functions out
of the headers and make sure the downloadable SDK had the
cleaned files as soon as I could manage it.
