That's ture what he says,
I have already contacted Kadak for using the specific app. and when we
really going to use it, we will (probably not) we will get all legal
stuff accomplished. No problemo.
But at the time I am only testing it for myself, so I don't see why I
could do that. I only read signal from the CPU and it's possible to do
that with C in Codewarrior I don't see why I can't test it, read again
test it, not use it in an application for commercial use or anyone else

Hmmm, what did I miss? I've read the Palm OS 3.5 SDK license, and can
find no reference to Kadak, nor to any agreement between Palm and any
of its suppliers. How could Kadak sue me for using something that I
find in the SDK?
This is not sarcasm. I really want to know.
