Well, then perhaps the current "architecture" should be redone before
a woodpecker comes along?  There is no real reason to run a second
web server on port 8080 (or is it an ISAPI filter?).

You're working w/ an NT server so an ISAPI application DLL would
probably be the simplest approach.
