yes but things in the hands of the government sometimes tend to fizzle after
the quick cash has been extracted.   Our development simply uses both active
and hotsync.  Click the tab and poof!   I still like the palms.

There you have it.  This was a result of a single, vested interest, volume
sale.  Things like this tend to undermine at times --
especially gov't sales -- since the application or lack of application from
the actual purchase specification is almost never the
same.
