You can buy the entier embedded development system, including IDE,
Visual Basic and Visual C++ for WinCE and the PocketPC. Go to
MicroSoft's web site and see. They only charge shipping. It is true
that you can buy other packages that work with your existing VB/VC, if
you like.
I DO NOT have previous VB/VC on my pc and installed the FREE IDE with
compiler last night. It does include the compilers and cost me $6.00
