TCP/IP, SSL and PALM

Hi,

1. Does PALM supports TCP/IP connections over SSL ? (if so which versions)
2.. DoesPALM supports TCP/IP connections over TLS ?
3. Does PALM have any other security methodes for TCP/IP communication ?
